149.325 Compact administrator. The secretary for energy and environment shall be the compact administrator representing <br>the Commonwealth of Kentucky as provided for in Article III of the compact approved by <br>KRS 149.310. The Energy and Environment Cabinet is hereby authorized to do any and <br>all things required to make effective the provisions of the compact. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky.
