149.070 Counsel for cabinet. When any action is instituted on behalf of the Energy and Environment Cabinet, the <br>county and Commonwealth's attorney shall represent it in the county in which the action <br>is brought. The Attorney General shall have supervisory authority over all actions <br>instituted for or against the cabinet. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky.
