The department shall coordinate its efforts with and work with the Transportation Cabinet <br>in so far as the provisions of KRS 148.610 to 148.780 and the provisions of KRS <br>174.100, 174.120, and 174.125 can be used to develop bicycling opportunities in the <br>state.
