147A.120 Limitation on districts' functions, powers and duties. Nothing in KRS 147A.050 to 147A.120 shall be deemed to limit or authorize the <br>limitation in any manner of the functions, powers, or duties of any department or agency <br>of the Commonwealth or of any political subdivision. Nor shall anything in KRS <br>147A.050 to 147A.120 authorize the Finance and Administration Cabinet or an area <br>development district to perform or discharge any powers, duties, or functions now <br>reposed, or which may hereinafter be reposed, by law in the Kentucky Department of <br>Education, local school districts, or other educational institutions.
