146.100 Director of Division of Conservation -- Qualifications -- Compensation -- Powers -- Duties.

who shall be a graduate of a recognized agricultural college, with at least five (5)
years practical experience in professional agricultural activities and who shall serve
as executive officer for the commission. The director shall serve at the will of, and
receive such compensation as may be determined by the secretary for energy and
environment with the approval of the Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
Before entering upon his duties, the director shall take the constitutional oath. The
director shall hold no other public office or employment. In addition to any other
duties assigned to him by the secretary for energy and environment, the director
shall exercise, subject to the approval of the secretary, general administrative
supervision over all activities, employees and property of the commission; (2) The secretary for energy and environment may employ such other officers, employees, and agents, who shall serve at his will as he deems necessary, with the
approval of the Soil and Water Conservation Commission, and shall provide for
surety bonds for members, the director, officers, employees or agents if entrusted
with funds or property. Effective: July 15, 2010
