141.470 Use of funds apportioned to the nature preserves fund. The Kentucky Nature Preserves Commission shall maintain a separate account showing <br>all remittances to, and disbursements from, the Kentucky nature preserves fund made <br>from contributions under KRS 141.455. Contributions remitted to the Kentucky nature <br>preserves fund under KRS 141.465 shall be disbursed by the Kentucky Nature Preserves <br>Commission for the acquisition of land or interests in land as provided in KRS 146.465 <br>and for the protection, maintenance, and use of the land, and for no other purpose.
