No provision of the SSUTA agreement authorized by KRS 139.780 to 139.795 in whole <br>or in part invalidates or amends any provision of the law of this state. Adoption of the <br>SSUTA agreement by the state does not amend or modify any law of this state. <br>Implementation of any condition of the SSUTA agreement in this state, whether adopted <br>before, during, or after membership of this state in the SSUTA agreement, shall be by <br>action of this state.
