136.1805 Base collections.

(1) As used in this section, &quot;base collections&quot; means actual collections received from property taxes assessed on watercraft for the 2007 calendar year. It shall not include <br>collections for assessments for any other year. (2) The department shall determine for each local taxing district the amount of base collections. (3) If a local taxing district's base collections are greater than the taxes distributed to it under KRS 136.1804 for any year from 2008 to 2017, that local taxing district shall <br>receive a distribution from the general fund equal to the difference.
