131.430 Administration and publicizing of program.

131.430 Administration and publicizing of program. The department shall promulgate administrative regulations as necessary, issue forms and <br>instructions, and take all actions necessary to implement the provisions of KRS 131.410 <br>to 131.445. The department shall extensively publicize the tax amnesty program in order <br>to maximize the public awareness of and participation in the program.
