(1) Each employer subject to KRS Chapter 342 shall file annually with the Department of Revenue, in accordance with administrative regulations, a report providing the <br>policy number and the name and address of the employer's workers' compensation <br>insurance carrier. (2) The report may be made available to other state agencies notwithstanding the confidentiality provisions of KRS 131.190. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
