119.307 Report to grand jury on election officials inexcusably absent -- Subject to prosecution.

119.307 Report to grand jury on election officials inexcusably absent -- Subject to prosecution. The county board of elections shall present to the grand jury next convening subsequent <br>to each election the names of those election officials who failed to appear and serve at the <br>election and who had not been properly excused. Any such person may be subpoenaed <br>and inquiry made of his absence, and if no good cause be shown, he shall be subject to <br>prosecution. Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Created 1988 Ky.
