119.245 Violation of law or failure to perform duty by member of board of elections. Any member of the State Board of Elections or of a county board of elections who <br>willfully and knowingly violates any provision of the statutes relating to his duties, or <br>fails to execute faithfully any of the duties imposed upon him by law, for which no other <br>penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
