119.056 Alteration, mutilation, or suppression of nomination papers. Any person in possession of nomination papers for attaining ballot access entitled to be <br>filed under the statutes relating to primaries, regular and special elections who wrongfully <br>alters, mutilates or suppresses such papers, or wrongfully fails to cause them to be filed at <br>the proper time in the proper office, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
