118.611 Candidates required to make deposit with Secretary of State -- Refund -- Escheat to Commonwealth. Before any candidate's name is placed upon the official ballot by the Secretary of State for <br>a presidential preference primary in the Commonwealth, the candidate shall remit to the <br>Secretary of State a filing fee of one thousand dollars (&#36;1,000), which shall be <br>nonrefundable unless no presidential preference primary is held.
