<![CDATA[118.127 Slate of candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor. A slate of candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor filing a notification and <br>declaration pursuant to KRS 118.125 shall list on the notification and declaration the <br>names of the candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor who shall jointly appear <br>on the ballot. The slate of candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall be <br>nominated jointly by the casting by each voter of a single vote applicable to both offices. <br>No candidate for Governor or Lieutenant Governor shall appear individually on the ballot <br>for the nomination he is seeking. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 458, sec. 19, effective July 15, 1994. </p>
