Beginning January 1, 1984, the State Board of Elections shall submit a biennial report to <br>the Legislature concerning the status of various voting equipment and voting systems that <br>are in use or are approved for use in this state. This report shall also contain any <br>recommendations by the Secretary of State as to election law modifications relating to the <br>acquisition and use of voting equipment and voting systems.
