117.058 Legislative approval for certain boundary changes. The county board of elections shall not add territory to, delete territory from, or otherwise <br>change the boundary of any congressional, representative, or senatorial district without <br>legislative approval to redefine the district in the form of a legislative act changing the <br>district's boundaries. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the <br>consolidation, creation or division of precincts within legislative and congressional <br>district boundaries under KRS 117.055.
