117.027 State board to promulgate record-keeping requirements. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate administrative regulations and procedures <br>necessary to: <br>(1) Designate which election records and materials shall be retained; <br>(2) Establish the manner in which the records and materials shall be maintained; <br>(3) Establish by whom the records shall be maintained; and <br>(4) Establish the period of time the records shall be retained, but such records shall be retained for not less than twenty-two (22) months.
