109.160 Condemnation of property.

109.160 Condemnation of property. The board may by resolution recite the need, order the condemnation on behalf of the <br>waste management district of any real property or interest therein that in the opinion of <br>the board is necessary for the proposed construction or use of a solid waste management <br>facility. Proceedings for condemnation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in the <br>Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky.
