108.050 Procedure for establishment of district.

108.050 Procedure for establishment of district. (1) An urban services district may be created in accordance with the procedures of KRS 65.810. (2) The Governor shall, immediately upon certification that the district has been established, appoint five (5) qualified persons as members of the council.
