<![CDATA[97.750 Gifts to the memorial commission. The commission may accept gifts of property of any description, for any of the purposes <br>of the commission, if the gift is accompanied by a suitable instrument, executed by the <br>donor, setting forth the purposes for which the gift is made. The gift or the proceeds <br>thereof when reduced to money shall be used by the commission only for the purpose for <br>which given. The commission may exchange or sell, for the purposes set out in KRS <br>97.630 to 97.780, any of the property given to it for such purposes.
