97.570 Selection of officers -- Duties of officers.

97.570 Selection of officers -- Duties of officers. As soon as it is convenient, the members of the board shall meet and choose a president <br>and a secretary from among its members, each to serve for a term of one (1) year, and <br>annually thereafter a president and secretary shall be chosen. The duties of such officers <br>shall be the usual duties incumbent upon such an office and such other duties as the board <br>prescribes. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
