<![CDATA[96.924 Final determination -- Second ordinance. At any subsequent regular meeting of the governing body the written report of the public <br>hearing concerning the first ordinance shall be submitted. At such meeting, any sewer <br>users, or prospective sewer user, may again be heard, in person or by representative. The <br>governing body may adopt an ordinance to be known as the "Second Ordinance" which <br>may provide for rejection or adoption or partial adoption of the first ordinance proposals, <br>or total or partial adoption with modifications. If the governing body shall determine that <br>more than fifty percent (50%) of the sewer users or prospective sewer users, both in <br>number and in source of projected revenues, object to the proposals finally adopted by the <br>governing body, it may adopt the second ordinance only upon the affirmative vote of <br>three-fifths (3/5) of the membership of the governing body. The second ordinance shall be <br>published in the same manner as required with respect to first ordinance. Effective: June 19, 1958 <br>History: Created 1958 Ky.
