96.870 Effective date of resolutions and ordinances. Every resolution or ordinance adopted by the governing body of any municipality under <br>the provisions of KRS 96.550 to 96.900 shall become effective from and after its passage, <br>and no such resolution or ordinance shall be the subject of any referendum or election <br>except as expressly provided in KRS 96.550 to 96.900.
