96.185 Books and records -- Audit -- Inspection. The board shall keep a complete and accurate record of all meetings and actions taken, <br>and of all receipts and disbursements. Such records shall be open to inspection at any and <br>all times to the governing body of the city. An audit of the board's records shall be made <br>annually by a certified public accountant to be selected by the board, and the expense of <br>such audit shall constitute an operating expense and be paid as such by the board. The <br>board shall furnish a copy of such audit to the common council when requested so to do. History: Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 212, sec. 17.
