91.527 City may hold, sell, transfer, lease, or use real estate purchased at a commissioner's sale. Any property or real estate acquired by the city by virtue of purchase at the <br>commissioner's sale shall be held by the city and any property so held may be sold, <br>transferred, leased or otherwise utilized by the city within its sole discretion.
