90.990 Penalties.
Any person who shall knowingly, or wittingly, or intentionally, or through gross <br>negligence, violate any of the provisions of this chapter pertaining to cities of the first and <br>second classes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be <br>subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars <br>($500), provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to KRS <br>90.220.
