79.020 Expenses to be prorated -- Rules and regulations. All of the expenses incurred due to the operation of said intercity or intercounty compact <br>shall be borne by the several cities or counties who have entered into such a compact, and <br>each city or county shall bear its share of such expense in proportion to its population in <br>relationship to the other cities or counties who have entered into said compact. Such an <br>intercity or intercounty compact unit shall make its own rules and regulations subject to <br>the limitations of the existing statutes and further provisions of KRS 79.010 to 79.070.
