76.350 Appeals.

76.350 Appeals. An order of the county judge/executive confirming, modifying or disapproving a report of <br>commissioners of sewer construction district as to a plan of construction or as to <br>classification of property or ratio of benefits may be appealed to the Circuit Court by the <br>commission or any property holder. In the Circuit Court the appeal shall be docketed on <br>the equity docket and the trial shall be de novo. Decisions of the Circuit Court may be <br>appealed to the Court of Appeals.
