76.310 City or metropolitan sewer district not included in sewer construction district without consent. The district shall not include the whole or any part of any incorporated city or any <br>metropolitan sewer district except with the consent of the legislative or managing board <br>of the city or district. With such consent, the resident property owners of the city or <br>district will be considered as individual freeholders within the sewer construction district. History: Amended 1966 Ky.
