The Division of Kentucky State Medical Examiners Office and its laboratory services <br>shall prepare an annual report to the secretary of the Justice Cabinet which includes the <br>number of drug-related deaths, the counties in which those deaths occurred, and the major <br>categories or generic names of the drugs involved.
