70.210 Mobile radio communication equipment for sheriffs and deputies. The fiscal court of any county may purchase mobile radio communication equipment for <br>the use of the sheriff and deputies of that county if it deems the purchase of such <br>equipment to be to the best interest of the county, considering the county finances and <br>other permissible expenditures.
