69.240 Judgments in favor of the Commonwealth -- County attorney to collect. The county attorney shall investigate and inquire into the condition of all unsatisfied <br>judgments in his county in favor of the Commonwealth. He shall take all necessary steps, <br>by motion, action or otherwise to collect unsatisfied judgments and cause them to be paid <br>into the State Treasury.
