69.090 When assistants shall act as Commonwealth's attorney. In the absence of the Commonwealth's attorney, the first assistant Commonwealth's <br>attorney shall act as Commonwealth's attorney, without additional compensation. In the <br>absence of both the Commonwealth's attorney and the first assistant Commonwealth's <br>attorney, the second assistant Commonwealth's attorney shall act as Commonwealth's <br>attorney, without additional compensation.
