67A.893 Sewer connection mandatory. In the interests of the health, safety, and welfare of the general public and for the <br>protection of the public health, the government is authorized and empowered, by <br>ordinance, to mandatorily require the owners of all benefited properties to cause any <br>improvements capable of the generation of wastewater situated on such benefited <br>properties to be connected to the facilities of the wastewater collection project. Urban-<br>county governments are authorized and empowered to covenant with the holders of <br>bonds to order mandatory connection of all improved premises situated upon benefited <br>properties to the facilities of a project financed pursuant to KRS 67A.871 to 67A.894.
