67A.410 Voluntary retirement.
Beginning September 18, 2002, any member may, at his or her option, retire on a service <br>retirement annuity if he or she has completed at least twenty (20) years of total service. <br>Upon fulfillment of this term, the board shall grant the retirement annuity upon receipt of <br>the application of the member.
