67.535 Refunding bonds authorized -- Manner of issuance. The county buildings commission may issue refunding bonds for the purpose of providing <br>funds for the payment of any outstanding bonds, in accordance with the proceedings <br>prescribed for the issuance of the original bonds. The refunding bonds shall be secured to <br>the same extent and shall have the same source of payment as the bonds which are <br>refunded. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 224, sec. 18.
