67.515 Receiver authorized. If there is any default in the payment of principal or interest on any of the bonds, any <br>court having jurisdiction of the action may appoint a receiver to administer the building <br>on behalf of the county buildings commission, with power to charge and collect rentals <br>sufficient to provide for the payment of any bonds or obligations outstanding against the <br>building and for the payment of operating expenses and to apply the income and revenues <br>in conformity with the provisions of KRS 67.450 to 67.550 and of the resolution <br>authorizing such bonds.
