65.7717 Sale -- Award to be made by legislation. Notes may be sold at public, private, or invited sale as the governing body of the <br>governmental agency may determine. Any public sale shall be advertised and conducted <br>in the manner and subject to the conditions provided for a public sale of bonds pursuant <br>to KRS Chapter 424. The governing body of the governmental agency shall award the <br>notes by legislation to specified purchasers at a specified price. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky.
