62.190 Conditions of blanket bonds. The bonds provided for by section 62.170 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall be <br>covenants to the Commonwealth of Kentucky that the officers, employees or holders of <br>positions covered by the bond will faithfully account for and pay over all money and <br>property that may come into their possession by virtue of their office, employment or <br>position.
