61.569 Reinstated employee -- Contributions on creditable compensation.

61.569 Reinstated employee -- Contributions on creditable compensation. (1) A reinstated employee who has been ordered reinstated by the Personnel Board under authority of KRS 18A.095 or by court order or by order of the Human Rights <br>Commission shall tender to the system the member contribution he would have paid <br>on the creditable compensation he would have earned as defined under KRS <br>18A.105 had he not been dismissed. The employer shall pay the employer <br>contributions as defined under KRS 18A.105 on the member's creditable <br>compensation. (2) No service credit shall be allowed for any time that the member contributions are not paid. Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Amended 1992 Ky.
