61.500 Retroactive effect of KRS 61.410 to 61.500.
The provisions of KRS 61.410 to 61.500 shall be retrospective to January 1, 1951, and <br>any agreement entered into pursuant to it may be made with retroactive effect to January <br>1, 1951, or any date thereafter.
