If the authority deems it advisable, it may further develop the museum at Churchill <br>Downs and, in connection therewith, establish a facility and devices through which prior <br>Kentucky Derby and other important races run at Churchill Downs may be exhibited to <br>patrons of Churchill Downs during race meetings and to off-season tourist visitors.
