58.140 Condemnation.
In the event a governmental agency is unable to acquire, by purchase or agreement, any <br>real property deemed necessary for the purposes of a public project, such agency may <br>acquire the same by condemnation. The procedure for condemnation shall be as provided <br>in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
