56.065 Definitions for KRS 56.070 to 56.180. As used in KRS 56.070 to 56.180, unless the context requires otherwise: <br>(1) &quot;Subject of risk&quot; means any or all property reasonably considered to be subject to loss or damage by any single occurrence of any event insured against.
