45A.720 Contract for executioner not subject to KRS 45A.690 to 45A.725. Agreements with an individual to provide the services of executioner for the Department <br>of Corrections shall not be subject to the provisions of KRS 45A.690 to 45A.725. The <br>identity of an individual performing the services of executioner shall remain confidential <br>and shall not be considered as public record for the purposes of KRS 61.870 to 61.884.
