45A.492 Legislative declarations.
The General Assembly declares: <br>(1) A public purpose of the Commonwealth is served by providing preference to
Kentucky residents in contracts by public agencies; and
(2) Providing preference to Kentucky residents equalizes the competition with other
states that provide preference to their residents.
