45A.060 Relationship with using agencies. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall maintain a close and <br>cooperative relationship with the using agencies of the Commonwealth. Any using <br>agency may at any time make recommendations concerning procurement to the secretary. Effective: January 1, 1979 <br>History: Created 1978 Ky.
