44.084 Venue of hearings. Hearings involving claimants who are residents of the Commonwealth shall be conducted <br>in the county wherein the claim accrues, provided, however, that the parties may, with the <br>approval of the board, agree upon a place not within such county for the conduct of <br>hearings. Hearings involving claimants who are nonresidents shall be conducted in the <br>county wherein the claim accrues, provided, however, that a hearing, with the approval of <br>the board, may be conducted in Franklin County.
