42.530 Quarterly reports of commission. The State Investment Commission shall render quarterly written reports concerning the <br>performance of each investment to the Legislative Research Commission. The reports <br>may contain recommendations of the commission for legislative or other action to <br>effectuate the purposes and policies of this chapter.
